Blume is a digital marketing agency that helps home service businesses grow. We build custom websites and run SEO and Google Ads campaigns for plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, contractors, and other service businesses across the country. We are a small, focused team that does work we are proud of, and we are growing.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business growth at Blume in a part-time role. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, generating interest, qualifying leads, and setting appointments with home service business owners.
You will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients and play a critical role in building our pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable making cold calls, and wants to grow within a fast moving agency environment.
You will earn an hourly base pay plus performance bonuses tied to qualified meetings and closed business opportunities.
$20 per hour for 20 hours per week, plus a bonus for generating qualified sales opportunities and closed business sourced by you. Expected on target earnings of $30,000 to $40,000 annually, with top performers earning more. These numbers reflect what a strong performer can realistically achieve, not a guaranteed amount.
This is a part time role, 20 hours per week. Hours are worked Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some flexibility on the daily schedule.
This is a remote role, but we are only hiring candidates based in the Dallas, TX area at this time. Occasional in person meetings for team planning and training may be required.
