2. Service Fulfillment: Project timelines, deliverables, and milestones are defined in each client's contract. Any modifications or delays will be communicated directly to the client. Services provided (e.g., web development, SEO, website maintenance, PPC) are based on the individual contract agreement.
3. Subscription and Ongoing Services: Any recurring or ongoing services (e.g., website maintenance, SEO campaigns, hosting, PPC) will follow the terms specified in the client’s contract. Clients can manage or cancel recurring services according to their contract terms.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refund eligibility, cancellations, and any applicable fees are governed by the specific terms outlined in the client’s contract. Due to the nature of services provided, refunds may not be available once work has commenced. Clients should refer to their contract for details regarding refunds and termination policies.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes: Clients are encouraged to reach out to their account manager, or our team before initiating any dispute with Stripe or with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension as per contract terms.
